[pHash-support] PHash Usage

Hi Bob,
This is beyond the scope of pHash. What you're looking for is a
watermark to embed and then a video container that will support
connecting to URLs. ASF supports this and it is a major vector for
exploits that can compromise your system. So the short answer is no.
