[pHash-support] ph_readaudio and mp3

Benjamin,
I believe we've solved the issue in the latest 0.9.3 pHash release. It turns
out that the configure script was not defining the appropriate symbol so MP3
support was not being compiled in.
Please download the new release and let us know if that solves your problem.
