[pHash-support] Audio support for windows build missing

I am trying to use phash for audio but the windows source seems to not 
have audio support and the pre-compiled libraries don't seem to have 
ph_audiohash() or ph_audio_distance_ber() function references. I note 
the Linux source does have audiophash.h and audiophash.cpp files but I 
have not been able to combine the two source trees succesfully to create 
a windows dll with audio support.
