[pHash-support] DCT image hash

Hi,

I have a question regarding your implementation of a DCT based image
hash. Was your implementation inspired by a previously published
scientific paper? If yes, could you please tell me which specific paper
it was. I have dug through dozens of papers proposing DCT based image
hash functions, but I was not able to find a paper proposing your
specific implementation.
