[Phash-support] pHash-support Digest, Vol 3, Issue 2

Regarding libswscale make sure /use/local/lib is listed in the /etc/ 
ld.so.conf and then run ldconfig or the mac os x equivalent.

Also please make sure you're using Cimg 1.2.9 only.

Please try that and see if this resolves your issues.
