[Phash-support] ph_dct_imagehash always returns 0

Hello,

The subject prety much sums it up. I have just downloaded pHash-0.5 but 
ph_dct_imagehash always returns 0. I am using Cimg ver 1.3.1 , libfftw 
ver 3.2.1, libjpeg ver 7 and the latest svn snapshot of ffmpeg. With 
pHash-0.4 i did not have this kind of problems. Any clues to what might 
be the problem?
