[pHash-support] This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect

Hi Adel,
I am not sure how you are loading pHash.dll from Java, but the correct
way is to use the pHash-jni.dll from within Java and pHash-jni uses
pHash.dll. I will work on getting a pre-compiled pHash-jni library for
Windows ready and add it into the Windows download package.
